The creamy broth videos did their work, the shop went dark for two years, and the spring 2026 comeback brought the queue straight back: weekend waits can pass an hour before you even reach the ticket kiosk. The bowl itself has survived the handover to a new owner, rich and deeply savoury as ever, which is why it now holds a provisional 7.7 in our guide. But the timing math has not changed. Come on a weekday at noon or a Saturday after 20:00 and you are slurping within minutes; join the Saturday afternoon line and you are donating your daylight to a soup.
